The process for delegate members to register for access to the virtual room and the channels for interaction for the Assembly on 19 October

The Ordinary Assembly on 19 October will see voting on 4 items from the agenda - the settlement of the 2023/2024 season financial year, the budget for the 2024/2025 season financial year, the ratification of the Members' Ombudsman, if necessary, and the distinction, as Honorary Member of the Handball Section, for Valerio Rivera López in line with article 17 of the Statutes.

Delegate members are convened at 10am for the first call and 10.30am for the second. The Assembly Board will convene in the Auditori 1899, with the Board of Directors present, and the Agenda will start with the president's report, before addressing the three votes on the items on the agenda.

This call by the Club's Board of Directors goes out to the 4.331 delegate members that make up the FC Barcelona General Assembly, comprised of a random selection of 2.5% of the members, the Club's Senators, current Board of Directors members, the members of the statutes commission, former presidents of the Club, and the presidents of the regional penya federations who have been members for at least five years.

Delegate member interventions

Delegate members will have two channels for asking their questions regarding items on the Assembly agenda.

  1. Via a new module that will become available in this website from 15 October at 10am CEST to 16 October at 7.00pm CEST to enable delegate members to send their questions regarding only items 2 and 3 on the agenda, which will be answered during the Assembly.

  2. Via a videoconferencing system in the virtual room on the day of the Assembly, desde la sala virtual, where delegate members will be able to request their intention to intervene and ask their questions in real-time.

Regarding the last item of the Agenda and the open floor, any proposed questions cannot be sent in advance using the form, and may only be asked by requesting an intervention via videoconferencing during the Assembly itself.
