A unique experience with Aitana Bonmatí

The initiative from Bimbo, Barça Women's official partner, of bringing together 55 girls from 22 countries has been a great success. The lucky ones came from all over the world to take part in various training days at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper where they had the chance to meet star player Aitana Bonmatí. 

Of the 55 girls chosen, nine came from the various Barça Acadamies that the Club has around the globe. From Barcelona the girls were Agnès Sala, Aum Forcada, Gisela Raya, Lola Sánchez and Martina Irutia, from Rabat in Morocco, Diae Hamidi and the the Barça Academy Pro in New York, Rahaf Elsayed, Himari Koyama and Brooke Stellato.

Experience with Aitana Bonmatí 

The girls, all of them under the age of 13, were able to enjoy days in which they combined sport and spending time with people from other parts of the world. There were also workshops from Club staff on nutrition in which the players were able to put together their own recipe for a Champions Sandwich. Spending some time with Aitana Bonmatí was also a source of inspiration for the children, an example of how to break down barriers and follow your dreams.
