Joan Laporta present at the 50th anniversary of the PB Montcada i Reixac

On Friday 13 September the Montcada i Reixac Barça Supporters' Club (Penya Barcelonista Montcada i Reixac) celebrated its 50th anniversary in the company of the FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta, the director responsible for the Social Area, Josep Ignasi Macià, the president of the Agrupació Barça Jugardors, Juan Manuel Asensi and the futsal first team player Sergio González, a native of the town. 

The celebration took place at the Restaurant Can Piqué with a dinner that was also attended by the mayor of Montcada i Reixac, Bartolomé Egea, and the president of the PB Montcada i Reixac, Jordi Gómez. After a welcome from the hosts, president of the ABJ, Juan Manuel Asensi, and Sergio González said a few words before handing out shirts. The speeches were rounded off by the FC Barcelona president, Joan Laporta. 

The PB Montcada i Reixac has its headquarters at the number 5 Carrer Colom in the town, which sits nearby to Barcelona. The Supporters' Club has some 150 members and often organises coaches to allow members to travel to Barça games as well as organising charity events at Christmas.
