New ticket sales services for wheelchair users

FC Barcelona streamlines the ticket sales process for wheelchair users and their companions by means of a new form that improves efficiency and accessibility

This season, FC Barcelona is furthering its commitment to accessibility with a new scheme that makes it easier to get adapted seating at all of the club's facilities. The new application form activates a service that was previously only available for matches at Spotify Camp Nou and the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, and now also includes the Estadi Johan Cruyff and Palau Blaugrana, thus covering matches for all of the club's professional sections.

The form, which replaces the previous email method, is used to apply for tickets for wheelchair users in the adapted seating areas of each FC Barcelona facility, thus providing a more efficient and organised system for placing orders and ensuring appropriate seating for the accompanying person as well.

Tickets for wheelchair users can be requested up to 15 days before the match (or when the time the date and time are confirmed if less than 15 days) and up to 72 hours before the event.

Adapted seating on club facilities

The three venues where FC Barcelona's pro teams play have a series of adapted seats for wheelchair users and their companions.

Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys: has 244 adapted seats, each with a seat next to it for an accompanying person.

Estadi Johan Cruyff: has 60 adapted seats, each with a seat next to it for an accompanying person. These seats have power sockets located in front.

Palau Blaugrana: has 10 adapted seats, 7 of which have a seat next to them for an accompanying person. These 7 seats also have power sockets located in front.

Each venue has its own particular features, so the club recommends you check its accessibility page to prepare for the visit in advance.

For specific needs, please contact the Specialised Assistance Office (OAE) via email to oae@fcbarcelona.cat or by phone to 900 1899 00 for members and 902 1899 00 for the general public.

A club committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion

The new ticket purchase service for wheelchair users reflects FC Barcelona's commitment to accessibility and the continuous improvement of its services. This initiative is part of the list of actions by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department, such as the signing of an agreement with the ONCE Social Group to promote accessibility at the future Spotify Camp Nou, the new adapted seats at Palau Blaugrana, and digital accessibility training for club staff. It also includes the "Quieter Hours" project for the Barça Immersive Tour and the Barça Store at Spotify Camp Nou, as well as the introduction of inclusive mannequins in Barça Stores.
