Agreement with Girona FC for the loan of Oriol Romeu
The Catalan midfielder returns to the Catlana after spending last season at FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona and Girona FC have reached an agreement for the loan of the player Oriol Romeu to the latter until 30 June 2025.

Oriol Romeu came to Barça last summer after an excellent campaign in 2022/23 with Girona. The Catalan midfielder was a fixture in the blaugrana XI at the start of the season as the holding midfielder in the side. However, as the campaign progressed Romeu featured less for the blaurganes, partly due to a knee injury. In total in 2023/24 he made 37 appearances, 17 as a starter for FC Barcelona.
