Hansi Flick felt the passion for Barça from the first day

Hansi Flick has been working hard with the team for ten days. He has got to know his players, the staff and the facilities at his new home, and has has now given his first in-depth interview to the club media. 

In it, he looks back at the first few days of preseason training, revealing what he believes to be the priorities at this stage and the kind of football he hopes to get out of the team once the official fixture list kicks in. He has been especially impressed by the work done at La Masia with young players, many of whom have been joining the senior players in their preseason workouts.

The coach describes the passion for Barça that he has sensed since he got here, and has stressed the fitness aspect in particular. And on a personal note, he has revealed the exact instant when he decided that he would like to manage FC Barcelona one day.
