Bronze not continuing at FC Barcelona

Lucy Bronze will not be renewing her contract with FC Barcelona which expires on June 30 of this year.

70 games and five goals

The England international defender is departing after playing 70 games across two seasons, including 19 in the UEFA Women's Champions League, a competition that she has now won an extraordinary five times, the last two in the blaugrana jersey. Goals are not her duty, but nevertheless she has scored five times for the team.

Seven out of eight possible titles

Lucy is leaving with quite some legacy behind her. In just two years, she has not only won the two European titles, but also 2 Ligas, 1 Copa de la Reina and 2 Spanish Super Cups.
