Today was a special day for Fermín López. He has capped an amazing season in which he scored 11 goals for Barça by stepping onto the international stage in Spain's friendly against Andorra in Badajoz.

The 21-year-old came on for the last half hour, replacing his club team-mate Pedri. And he made an impact, with his shot leading to the fourth goal in a 5-0 win, eventually converted by Oyarzabal, and then he gave an assist to fellow blaugrana Ferran Torres to score the final goal of the evening.

Barça abound

In fact, all but one of the goals had some kind of Barça involvement. Ayoze Pérez opened the scoring on 24 minutes off a Pau Cubarsí assist. At 17 years and 135 days that makes Pau the second youngest player (since records began in 2004) to serve up an assist for Spain, Lamine Yamal having set the record earlier this same year.

Then Ferran Torres teed up Oyarzabal for goal number three, Fermín was involved in the same man's second of the night, and then the debutant assisted Ferran with nine minutes remaining.

The other three Barça men all started the game. Pedri played 62 minutes in total, Ferran Torres had 90 and Pau Cubarsí was on for 45. Lamine Yamal was rested, but will probably get to feature in the next Euro 14 warm-up fixture against Northern Ireland on Saturday.
