First quadruple completed

This third Champions League triumph sees the Women's team complete a historic quadruple

Spanish Super Cup, Liga F, Copa de la Reina and the Champions League. Barça Women continue make history as they have completed the first ever quadruple in the same season. They did so by overcoming Olympique Lyonnais (2-0) in a memorable final at the San Mamés stadium with almost 40,000 Barça fans watching on.

The quadruple and the third Champions League win is a moment to crown Barça's dominance in Europe in recent years, but they have been achieving great things for some time now. Becoming champions again is not by chance, as Barça have reached five Champions League finals in just six years, winning three times. Their supremacy in Europe may be there for all to see, but they are even more dominant at home. In the last five seasons the team has won 5 Liga Fs, 4 Copa de la Reinas, 2 Spanish Super Cups, and this win makes it 3 Champions Leagues too.

Fitting sporting stats for the best team in Europe. The third Champions League win and second in a row sees FC Barcelona join a select group. The blaugranes are now in the top 3 teams for wins in Europe's premier club competition, only behind Olympique Lyonnais (8) and Frankfurt (4).

A quadruple up there with the best

The Catalans had never won four trophies in the same season before this. Since 2019, the last four seasons have seen them fall short by just one trophy, missing out on the Champions League in 2019/2020, the Spanish Super Cup in 20/21, the Champions League in 21/22, and the Copa de la Reina in 22/23.
