Lamine Yamal, the youngest FC Barcelona to reach 50 appearances
Lamine Yamal simply cannot stop setting new records for precocity. On Sunday against Rayo Vallecano the teenager reached 50 appearances for the FC Barcelona first team at the age of 16 years, 10 months and six days, the youngest to do so in the Club's history.
The teenager beats the previous record held by Bojan Krkic who made his 50th appearance at the age of 18 years and three days in August 2008. Now, 16 years later, Lamine Yamal has surpassed that record with Pedri and Leo Messi topping out the top four youngest players to make 50 appearances.

Sunday is just another day and another record for Lamine Yamal. The youngster is already the youngest ever to appear for Barça in the Champions League after making his debut against Antwerp. Only Borussia Dortmund's Youssoufa Moukoko was younger on their Champions League debut.
At the age of 16 years and 87 days he scored against Granada in the league making him the youngest ever goalscorer in La Liga, beating a record held by Málaga's Fabrice Olinga.
In the Copa del Rey he is the youngest ever goalscorer at 16 years and 195 days and in the Spanish Super Cup is the youngest ever player and goalscorer in the competition. Finally, with the Spanish national side he is also the youngest ever player and goalscorer in the team's history.
