Alzira 1-4 Barça: Well deserved win
Elimination in the quarter finals of the Copa del Rey to Peñíscola hurt. Barça's futsal team wanted to react. And they did so against a side that might be bottom of the league, but that hadn't lost for four games.
And it wasn't an easy win. Alzira are clearly getting their ideas together and it was not until the last minute of the first half that Barça finally took the lead, and they needed a penalty to do it, finely converted by Catela, only for that to be cancelled out seconds after the restart when Gon Castejón scored for the home side.
Barça needed to find a new gear, and that all started when Sergio González headed home just a minute after the equaliser, and then the same man scored again just a minute later.
It looked like the whole game had changed, but while the home side had chances to make it 3-2, a counter attack with three minutes to play was finished off by Erick and that was game over.
