Barça 3-1 Barcelos: Three out of three in Europe

Three goals in the last three minutes decide a gripping continental encounter

Barça have made it three wins out of three after overcoming Portuguese side Barcelos 3-1 at the Palau Blaugrana on Thursday night. Two of the finest teams in the world lived up to their mantles and served up a delightful game of roller hockey.

Following a scoreless first half, Alabart finally struck Barça into the lead, but Barcelos battled long and hard to get back level. A Bargalló free just three minutes from the end looked to have clinched a blaugrana win, but the visitors hit back immediately and in a gripping finale, the Catalans ended up settling things with the third and final goal from João Rodrigues.

The result naturally leaves Barça top of their WSE Champions League group, and on perfect course for a place in the quarter finals.
