Vitor Roque continues to explore his new home
Vitor Roque continues to find out what it means to sign for FC Barcelona. The Brazilian has only been in Catalonia for a few days and has already been put through his paces with his teammates during training sessions under his new coaching staff. He has also had the experience of being a blaugrana away from the pitch, and today this involved a visit to the Barça Café, the Barça Store and the Barça Immersive Tour.
After getting to know the Ciutat Esportiva and the Spotify Camp Nou offices on his first day, and then also watching open doors training at Estadi Johan Cruyff on 30 December, "Tigrinho" experienced a very FC Barcelona day around the Spotify Camp Nou, where he will still have to wait a bit longer to play. While on the Barça Immersive Tour, he was able to appreciate the size of his new Club from the historical walkthrough in the space, when he could see the great Brazilian tradition in FC Barcelona for example. In fact, on showing interest about his countrymen that have worn the blaugrana jersey, Vitor Roque saw the different jerseys worn by the Brazilians in the Club's history. Lastly, he saw how Espai Barça and the new Spotify Camp Nou will look in the future, a stadium we hope he can play in as soon as possible.
He then went on to the Barça Café, where he drank a coffee and ate blaugrana biscuits with the FC Barcelona crest on them for an energy boost before the final stop, the Barça Store. In the official Spotify Camp Nou store, he was able stamp his name on one of the first team jerseys for this 2023/24 season that he will be wanting to wear so much in upcoming games.
That brought a 100% Barça day to an end for the Brazilian, which began with a morning training session at the Ciutat Esportiva, before a visit to different hospitals in the city with other teammates, and the day ending with the visit to these three signature FC Barcelona locations.
