Mariona, Paralluelo and Walsh welcomed by hundreds of fans at the Passeig de Gràcia Barça Store

For the second year in a row just before Christmas, hundreds of Barça fans were able to meet some of the women's first team players in person, this time it was Mariona Caldentey, Keira Walsh and Salma Paralluelo. The Meet&Greet took place this evening at the Passeig de Gràcia Barça Store, with the fans providing an amazing welcome and clearly enjoying seeing their idols both inside and outside the store.

The three players were warmly welcomed by everyone who made the trip to the Passeig de Gràcia store, and they signed autographs, chatted and had photos taken with the fans there.

While there, Mariona, Paralluelo and Walsh also took part in a photo session wearing exclusive items from the FC Barcelona Memorabilia project jewellery collection.

This set of unique pieces contains diamonds made from the pitch at the former Spotify Camp Nou and they are exclusively on sale at the Barça Stores and via the website, www.store.fcbarcelona.com  .

The event took place two days before the women's team play their final game of 2023 at Estadi Johan Cruyff against Rosengard Women in the UEFA Women's Champions League matchday 4 clash on Thursday 21 December, kickoff 9.00pm CET. The game is already sold out and fans will be treated to a special Christmas show for all the family with activities that befit the time of year.

The Memorabilia project diamonds and jewellery collection

The Memorabilia ‘Ple d’Història. Ple de Futur’ diamonds and jewellery collection is part of an FC Barcelona project created a few months ago that aims to become a circular economy initiative, whereby the seats, the pitch, and other parts of the former Spotify Camp Nou can be given a second life. It also means culers can keep the memory of the Stadium fresh and alive through different objects made from the Stadium itself.

For the first time in blaugrana history, a collection of ethically sourced and sustainable diamonds can be acquired, created from carbon in the pitch that hosted the final game played last season against RCD Mallorca on 28 May 2023.

These diamonds were crafted from carbon from the pitch using the latest technology and renewable energy to create fully sustainable items with zero environmental impact. Experts shape each rough diamond into singular, excellent pieces. They all come with a certificate of authenticity that states where the carbon was sourced, the diamond's characteristics, and the certification for the series.

The products that can be purchased include 1 and 0.5 carat diamonds, 0.10 carat insignias, and bracelets and necklaces containing diamonds created from the Spotify Camp Nou pitch.
