FC Barcelona Foundation Genuine and Allianz propose a celebration of inclusion
Aitana Bonmatí and Mariona Caldentey's goal celebrations in the 5-0 defeat of Real Madrid last Sunday, in which they put their hands over the wrists. was all part of the visibility of the 'Inclusion is in Our Hands' campaign, which is all about raising awareness of the value of everyone being committed to the inclusion of disabled people in all walks of life, such as sport, labour, relationships and so on.
When winning 6-0 away to Villarreal in the Liga F, Asisat Oshoala also used the same gesture that she'd been taught by the members of the Barça Foundation Genuine team a few days earlier. And last weekend in the LaLiga Genuine, Diogo de Oliveira and Salva Vidal also used the gesture in their own celebrations, thus helping to viralise the campaign, while further actions in the future hope to do the same.
FC Barcelona's partner, Allianz, has also been a partner since 2021/22 of the Barça Foundation Genuine, with its logo appearing on the jersey sleeve. Indeed, Barça and Allianz are keen to have an impact both on and off the pitch, stressing the importance of all members of the community being integrated in sport, and in football in particular.
