International fixtures for the FC Barcelona players

We take a look at when the blaugranes on international duty will be in action over the coming week or so

La Liga is on hold next weekend as we find ourselves in the midst of the third break for international fixtures of the season. As usual, a whole host of Barça players have been called up by their respective national sides and here we have a guide of when and where the blaugranes will be in action over the coming days. All times are CET unless otherwise stated. 

Spain

Luis de la Fuente's team have already booked their place for next summer's European Championships so the goal now is to secure top spot in group A in qualifying. Gavi, Lamine Yamal, Ferran Torres and Iñigo Martínez are the blaugranes in the Spain squad for their two fixtures.

Cyprus-Spain: 16/11 – Limasol – 6.00pm
Spain-Georgia: 19/11 - Valladolid - 8.45pm

Germany

Germany are hosting the 2024 European Championships and so already have their place in the tournament. Marc ter Stegen and Ilkay Gündoğan have been called up for the national side's two upcoming 

Germany - Turkey: 18/11 – Berlin – 8.45pm
Austria - Germany: 21/11 - Vienna - 8.45pm

Portugal

João Cancelo and João Félix will be in action for Roberto Martínez's Portugal side who have already qualified for Euro2024 as group winners thanks to their 100% record so far. 

Liechtenstein - Portugal: 16/11 – Vaduz – 8.45pm
Portugal - Iceland: 19/11 - Lisbon - 8.45pm

Poland

Roberto Lewandowski and the Polish national team need a win in Warsaw against the Czech Republic in their final fixture of qualification to keep their hopes alive of making it to Euro2024 without taking part in the play offs. A second fixture in Warsaw will be a friendly against Latvia. 

Poland - Czech Republic: 17/11 – Warsaw – 8.45pm

Denmark

Andreas Christensen and Denmark need a win in one of their two remaining qualifiers to book a place in next summer's tournament, starting with a home game against Slovenia. 

Denmark - Slovenia: 17/11 – Copenhagen – 8.45pm
Northern Ireland - Denmark: 20/11 – Belfast - 8.45pm

France

France's 100% record means that they are already through to Euro2024 with Jules Kounde back in the squad after injury for their remaining two fixtures in group B.

Greece - France: 21/11 – Athens - 8.45pm

Brazil

Raphinha is included in a Brazil squad that is looking to improve their position in South American qualification for the 2026 World Cup after disappointing recent results. 

Colombia - Brazil : 17/11 – Barranquilla – 7.00pm (local time) – 18/11 - 1.00am (CET)
Brazil - Argentina: 22/11 – Rio de Janeiro - 9.30pm (local time) –  23/11 - 1.30am (CET)

Uruguay

Currently in second place in the table in Conmebol qualification, Ronaldo Araujo and Uruguay have games coming up against leaders Argentina and bottom side Bolivia.

Bolivia

Barça Atlétici forward Jaume Cuéllar is in the Bolivia squad for their 2026 World Cup qualification fixtures as the South American squad look for their first point after four defeats in four matches.

Uruguay - Bolivia : 22/11 – Montevideo - 6.30pm (local time) –  23/11 - 12.30am (CET)

Spain U21

Fermín López is in the Spain U21 squad for their European Championship qualifiers. 

Spain U21 - Hungary U21: 17/11 – Huelva – 9.00pm
Belgium U21 – Spain U21: 21/11 – Leuven – 8.00pm

Spain U17

No fewer than eight Barça players are in the squad playing at the U17 World Cup in Indonesia, namely Pau Cubarsí, Héctor Fort, Andrés Cuenca, Marc Bernal, Pau Prim, Quim Junyent, Marc Guiu and Juan Hernández. Spain are  in Group B together with Mali, Canada and Uzbekistan.

Germany U17

FC Barcelona's Noah Darvich is the captain of the German side that's in the same U17 World Cup group as Venezuela, Mexico and New Zealand.
