200th goal under Xavi
FC Barcelona earned a very important win at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys this Sunday, in a game that also brought the 200th goal for the team since Xavi Hernández took charge. Robert Lewandowski was the man to thank, converting a penalty after Ferran Torres was brought down in the area.
Lewandowski, top scorer under Xavi
It has taken 107 games for Barça to complete their second ton, in which this time they have almost doubled the number of goals they have conceded (103).
And a massive 41 of those goals came from Robert Lewandowski, followed by Ferran Torres (19), Pedri and Aubameyang (13), Ansu Fati and Raphinha (12) and Dembélé (10).
Lewandowski also scored the 100th goal of the Xavi era, the third in a 4-0 defeat of Athletic Club in October 2022.
Ter Stegen and Gavi, most appearances
Barça have won 67 of the 107 games played to date under Xavi (19 were draws and they lost the other 21). Ter Stegen and Gavi lead the way for appearances, with 102 and 97 respectively.
