809 penyistes travel on first Champions League away trip

Barça is sending 809 supporters club members from 132 different penyes to Wednesday's game in Portugal. This is the first European road trip for the team this season and there will be plenty of support for them in the Porto terraces.

Clubs from Extremadura, given the short distance, are naturally well represented with 209 travelling fans. There are also 176 from Castilla-León and 100 from Galicia, which are also relatively close to the Portuguese border. The Estádio do Dragão will also be receiving 104 fans from Catalonia and 157 from the World region.

Do remember that tickets are issued in the name of the holder and are non-transferable. ID cards and passports will be checked on entrance to the ground, so only the people who have a ticket bearing their name and other details will be allowed inside.
