Xavi Hernández says win over AC Milan 'best game of the tour'

The blaugrana boss believes his side were on top form in the win over the Italians in Las Vegas

Xavi Hernández was more than happy with his side's performance in their third game of preseason. "It was the best game of the tour. We've seen a great Barça," explained the coach after the 1-0 win over AC Milan courtesy of Ansu Fati's winner. "We did not play well against Arsenal, we improved against Real Madrid and today we saw a great Barça," he continued.

The absence of Franck Kessie was down to a "a knock he has had for the last three or four days" according to Xavi, who also had praise for Oriol Romeu. "He is a perfectionist, he has a good temperament and he performs in attack and defence. He's a great signing," said the coach.

Asked about the Ousmane Dembélé situation, he revealed: "Dembélé came to see me to tell me he wanted to leave. He has an offer from PSG that we cannot match."
