Barça train at The Death Star
DALLAS, TEXAS — FC Barcelona began its second phase of the American tour on Friday, following nine days of practice and a game in the city of Los Angeles. They second leg kicked off so in Dallas, where they promptly left the airport and went to the AT&T Stadium for the last workout before Saturday's eagerly anticipated El Clásico.
The session took place just Real Madrid's practice at AT&T Stadium and included all available players.
Barça knows AT&T
AT&T Stadium is unique. The home of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium is an architectural wonder with room for 80,000 spectators. Barça's most recent game here was against AS Roma in the summer of 2018, which ended in a loss. The stadium also has a unique connection to Barça because it was inaugurated on May 27, 2009, the same day that Barça won its third Champions League title at Wembley.
