FC Barcelona to open women's league season at home to Valencia

The fixtures have been announced for the 2023/24 women's league and Barça will be opening with a game at home to Valencia as they look to win the league for the fifth time in a row. September 10 is the date for the first match at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.

The first road trip is on September 17 to Madrid Club de Futbol.

Key dates

Barça finished ten points clear of second placed Real Madrid last season, and they'll be entertaining the all-whites on November 19, with the return meeting in Madrid not until 24 March 2024.

Atlético Madrid are another side that always pose a threat, and the blaugrana women will be facing them on October 15 at home and February 18 away.

The league season ends on the weekend of June 16, and Bar¡a will be ending it the way they began, against Valencia.
