Anderlecht, Luxol St. Andrews and Loznica-Grad 2018 in the Main Round of the Champions League
From 24 to 29 October, Jesús Velasco's team will take part in the opening round of the Champions League in Serbia
The Barça futsal team now know who they will face in the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League after the draw took place on Wednesday in Nyon, Switzerland. Jesús Velasco's team will come up against Belgian side Anderlecht, Luxol St.Andrews from Malta and Serbian team KMF Loznica-Grad 2018.
The opening round will be played in Loznica, Serbia between 24-29 October. The top three from the group will go into the Elite Round on 28 November to 3 December.
The blaugranes are in group 2 and here are the other groups from the draw.
- Group 1: Sporting Clube de Portugal (Portugal), MNK Olmissum (Croatia, host), MFC Ayat (Kazakhstan), FC Hit (Ukraine).
- Group 3: Mallorca Palma Futsal (Spain, host), Kairat Almaty (Kazakhstan), Haladás VSE (Hungary), FC Differdange 03 (Luxembourg).
- Group 4: Benfica (Portugal), Futsal Klub Dobovec (Slovenia, host), United Galati (Romania), Etoile Lavalloise (France).
