The FC Barcelona Board of Directors met this Wednesday for an ordinary session at head office, with the following actions and decisions:
Presentation of the guarantee for LaLiga
The Board of Directors agreed to present LaLiga with a 6.67 million euro guarantee for the viability plan approved on June 6. The guarantee is valid for one year and will be retained until the final day of the 2023/24 season.
Director Jordi Llauradó steps down
The Board of Directors meeting included the acceptance of Jordi Llauradó's resignation as an FC Barcelona director. Jordi Llauradó informed president Joan Laporta of his intention to leave the Board of Directors once the football first team season had ended and his resignation was formalised today. The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Jordi Llauradó for his work since he was named Director for Espai Barça before moving on to the Foundation.
Jordi Llauradó was present for the start of the board meeting, when he said an emotional farewell to the other members while lauding the season and the six league title wins.
Presentation of the Barómetro Blaugrana 2022-23 results
The Board of Directors were informed about the Barómetro Blaugrana results for the 2022-23 season, which was conducted by the Observatorio Blaugrana. Over 3000 members took part in the survey for the blaugrana fans, which looked into issues ranging from an evaluation of the work undertaken by the Board of Directors to the current situation of the professional teams and the work on Espai Barça. The Barómetro Blaugrana results will be presented in due course.
