FC Barcelona uninstalls Free Wifi at Spotify Camp Nou
Club continues work towards Espai Barça and has started clearing the stadium ready for reconstruction work to begin on June 1
From today Wednesday 3 May, FC Barcelona has uninstalled the the antennas of the Free Wifi service in the stadium. This is all part of the work on Espai Barça, and the reconstruction work on Spotify Camp Nou that is due to start on June 1. Everything needs to be cleared before the cranes move in, and this means removing a number of systems from the stadium.
This operation will mainly affect the seating areas of the terraces, but not the Rambla Barça. For the two remaining league fixtures of 2022/23 at Spotify Camp Nou against Real Sociedad and Mallorca, fans will not be able to use the Free Wifi. Games will resume at Spotify Camp Nou in November 2024 and next season home fixtures will instead be played at Montjuïc.
