Dembelé and Rolfö’s Spotify playlists out now

The French and Swedish footballers reveal their favourite songs in the FC Barcelona official Spotify page

FC Barcelona’s players continue to reveal their tastes in music on Spotify. This time Ousmane Dembélé and Fridolina Rolfö have shared their playlists containing their favourite songs. They listen to them pre-match for inspiration and energy, and post-match for relaxation. Both of their playlists are available through the FC Barcelona official Spotify page.

You can get to know a person better through their taste in music. It’s like having a window into their world. So, these playlists are an excellent way to get a glimpse into the lives of each sportsperson and to find out which artists, musical genres, tunes, and lyrics form part of their life soundtrack.

“My playlist is a big part of my match-day routine to help me go out onto the pitch and perform my best for the club. When I need motivation it can be anything on my Spotify from Drake to Coldplay and I always stay true to my French roots with artists such as Ninho, PLK, and Saucegod - I hope the fans enjoy them too!”, stated Dembelé about his playlist.

In addition to Dembelé and Rolfö’s playlists, the FC Barcelona official Spotify page also includes playlists by Pedri, Alexia Putellas, Lewandowski and Oshoala. These playlists have been played over 20 million times by fans from 183 countries worldwide.

The agreement between FC Barcelona and Spotify

This initiative is part of the sponsorship agreement between FC Barcelona and Spotify, the world's most popular audio streaming subscription service. A collaboration that brings the world of music and football together, while exploring new ways to connect sportspeople and artists to their fans worldwide. The playlists, replacing the Spotify logo with the logo of artists, such as Drake and Rosalía, and the name of our stadium, the Spotify Camp Nou, are just some of the initiatives from this partnership that represents a new approach in showing and communicating the connection between sport and music worldwide.
