Ronaldinho presents the 2005 Ballon d'Or to the Museum
Fans of FC Barcelona can now enjoy another piece in the Museum as Ronaldinho has presented the 2005 Ballon d'Or he won while playing for the Club. The Brazilian was there himself to present the award that certifies him as one of the select few to be named best player on the planet.
He was joined by president Joan Laporta, vice-president of the sporting area, Rafa Yuste, and Jordi Penas, Museum director, who simply had to be there for the official handover of the Ballon d'Or.
Currently representing the Club as an ambassador at institutional events, Ronaldinho promised that the Ballon d'Or would end up in the Museum back in 2017. Now after the pandemic and given his great relationship with Joan Laporta, who returned as FC Barcelona president, his promise has come to fruition.
