Álex Collado ruptures adductor in right groin
Footballer Álex Collado has ruptured the adductor in his right groin. His treatment and progress will be managed jointly by the medical teams at Elche CF and FC Barcelona. His evolution will determine his availability.
On loan until 30 June
The midfielder has been at Elche since August after a loan until 30 June 2023 was agreed with FC Barcelona.
Collado joined the Club in summer 2010 aged just eleven years old and progressed through the youth teams, becoming Barça Atlètic captain for the 20/21 season. The Catalan had already made his debut for the first team by then, playing against Celta de Vigo at the Balaídos stadium on match day 36 of the LaLiga 2018/19 season.
The 2021/22 season saw him go out on loan to Granada during the winter transfer window, where he played 17 games and scored two goals.
