FC Barcelona 6-0 Rosengard: Wonderful end to the year
Nothing better than a win to end the year at Spotify Camp Nou. Barça saw off Rosengard 6-0 in the last game of 2022 and that also means they finish top of their Champions League group. . After setting a new record in their last game for a UWCL group fixture, this one had the second best attendance of all time, 28,720, and those fans were treated to a six-goal special.
It also raised the same amount in money, for one euro per ticket was donated to La Marató, the TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio telethon in support of cardiovascular research.
Blaugrana masterclass
Barça looked strong from the word go, and it only took ten minutes for Oshoala to convert after the ball had bounded off the crossbar and into her path. Five minutes later the Nigerian striker was heading in the second.
The Swedes hadn't had a shot on goal, or even come close to one, when Mapi León made it 3-0 with a finely struck free kick just before half-time.

Aitana's backheel to Rolfö led to goal number four just after the break, and just three minutes after that Marta Torrejón made it five when she was there to make the most of a ball that slipped out of the hands the visiting goalkeeper.
There was a longer wait for the sixth and final goal, the second in two games for centre back Irene Paredes, who had gone uip for a corner and met it brilliantly with her head.
The women will not be back in action until 7 January 2023 when Sevilla (6.15pm CET) are the guests at the Johan Cruyff.
