Ansu Fati makes an impact at the Reale Arena
When the going gets tough, the tough get going. In San Sebastián against Real Sociedad with the game poised at 1-1 and with the txuri urdin having the upper hand, Ansu Fati entered the fray and turned the game on its head.
The young striker came on in the 64th minute and after just 120 seconds he made his presence felt with an excellent back heeled pass to allow Dembélé to make it 2-1 to Barça with a low shot into the far corner.
Two assists and a goal in 15 minutes
Two minutes later Ansu conjured another great pass to feed Robert Lewandowski in the box. The Polish striker calmly beat keeper Remiro to make it 3-1 with his second goal of the game. In less than five minutes on the field the young La Masia product had tipped the balance of a tricky encounter firmly in the blaugranes' favour.
Ansu Fati had by no means finished his contribution to the victory. This time Lewandowski provided the pass and the 19 year old finished himself to make it 4-1 and scored his first goal of the campaign. In 15 minutes two assists and a goal that decided the contest in favour of Xavi Hernández's team.
15 passes in 26 minutes
In the 26 minutes he was on the field Ansu also made 15 passes and created another two chances, Real Sociedad keeper Remiro making a good save to prevent the Spanish international from adding to his goal tally.
Despite being a teenager, Ansu Fati continues to show why he is one of the most complete strikers on the planet.
