FC Barcelona presents new 2022/23 training kits
The Barça men’s team returned to work after the summer break this Monday morning, and for the first workout of the new season they donned the brand new training kit, which includes an innovative technology developed with a fabric that capillarises moisture to remove sweat from the skin when doing intense sport. Both the men’s and women’s teams will be wearing this uniform not only in training sessions but also when warming up for matches.
There are three different shirts depending on whether they are used for training or warm-ups, and they are all available from the club’s usual e-commerce channels at Barça Store Camp Nou, Passeig de Gràcia, La Roca Village, Viladecans Style Outlet, Barcelona Airport T1 and T2, the new Sagrada Família store, as well as all other usual points of sale.
The design of the training shirt combines turquoise and navy blue stripes with the traditional ‘grana’ ones, and is inspired by the most representative of Barça colours.
Meanwhile, the kits worn by both the men and women in warm-ups are associated to the home and away strips that they’ll be wearing in the actual games.
The first combines blaugrana details that spell out the word ‘Culers’ and have a similar kind of aesthetic to the playing shirt.
Meanwhile, when they are wearing the golden away kit inspired by the Olympic Games, the warm-up kit is dark grey with a diagonal sash in the five colours of the Olympic rings.
Developed with Nike Dri-FIT tech
The new kits include the Nike Dri-FIT technology that capillarises sweat from the skin to maintain breathability and comfort, and keeps the wearer cool and therefore better focused, which helps to bring out the very best in their performance.
The fabric adapts to all kinds of movements, thus ensuring that the garment matches the player’s performance to ensure the best possible results during workouts. Thanks to body heat regulation, athletes can do sport with the minimum distraction and maximum flexibility to thus achieve the highest levels of speed and mobility. What's more, the garments are manufactured using 100% recycled polyester fibres.
