How can I participate in the Assembly?

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

• Every delegate member.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE ASSEMBLY?

Via www.fcbarcelona.cat using any mobile device or computer.

1. Enter your details:

• Membership code.
• Personal code (PIN).
• Date of birth.

2. Confirmation:

• Enter the 6 digit number you received in the SMS sent to your mobile.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY?

From the virtual Assembly room, you can:

• Watch the live stream.
• Ask questions.
• Vote. 
  
  

HOW CAN WE ASK THE DELEGATE MEMBERS QUESTIONS?

• From the virtual room, via videoconference.
• From the virtual room, in writing, using a form.
• From the Club website’s ‘microsite’, which will open three days prior to the Assembly and close Saturday, April 2 at 5 p.m.

HOW CAN I VOTE?

• Once in the virtual room, just press the VOTE button
• A screen will open with three voting options: YES, NO, BLANK
• Select your vote and press the NEXT button
• Press the CAST VOTE button
• Press the CONFIRM button
• You will be able to download a confirmation receipt or check that your vote has been counted
• To end the session, simply press the EXIT button
  
  
• The voting button will only become active once the Council Secretary gives the go ahead for the vote.
• Enough time will be allowed for voting.
• Only delegate members in the virtual room at the time will be able to vote.
