22 goalscorers in La Liga

Riqui Puig scored the fourth of FC Barcelona’s goals against Osasuna on Sunday at Camp Nou. Not only was it his first of the season but also added a new name to the list of goalscorers for the team this league season, which has now hit 22.

The 65 goals have been distributed thus: Memphis (10), Aubameyang y Luuk de Jong (6), Ansu Fati y Ferran Torres (5), Frenkie de Jong (4), Piqué and Ronald Araujo (3), Sergi Roberto, Braithwaite, Pedri, Gavi, Nico, Jutglà, Coutinho, Dembélé and Jordi Alba (2), Alves, Sergio Agüero, Sergio Busquets, Ez Abde and Riqui Puig (1).

That is more different scorers than at any other club in Europe’s big five leagues. Barça are followed by Inter Milan (20), and Atalanta, Chelsea, Liverpool, Betis y Stuttgart (19).

And it’s also a record in La Liga in the 21^st century, topping the 21 players who scored for Real Madrid in 2019/20.
