Barça celebrate Chinese New Year

As is now tradition, FC Barcelona celebrated the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Tiger. At both Camp Nou and the Estadi Johan Cruyff events to publicise the event took as the women's team took on Eibar and the men's team hosted Atlético Madrid. 

Both team appeared in official pre-match photos wearing specially designed shirts with the players' names in Chinese and an emblem created by the Club to represent the Year of the Tiger on the sleeve. 

At other points of Camp Nou, such as in the centre circle and on the LED screens, there were also mentions of the New Year as well as at the Estadi Johan Cruyff. 

As such, FC Barcelona wished to congratulate their Chinese fans and the Asian continent for the arrival of the New Year, a celebration shared in various countries.
