Xavi Hernández looking for success with style

Xavi Hernández has now spoken as Barça coach. On his arrival at Barcelona airport, the legendary former midfielder highlighted the importance of "playing good football, being successful and getting good results." 

"We are at Barça and all I have ever experienced at the Barça in my life is excellence," said the lifelong Barça fan. Xavi embodies the Barça philosophy and he added "we have to compete, we have to fight for everything, we can't give anything away. That is what Barça has taught me; this is the Club's DNA." 

To achieve those objectives, the former FC Barcelona midfielder also commented that "we will be demanding in training and we will compete well." A legendary figure who has gone from youth team player to first team coach starts a new phase of his career in his boyhood club. "It's a big challenge but I am happy and grateful to Barça," he concluded.
