Training camp under way in Germany
FC Barcelona's preseason training camp in Germany is under way. After two weeks of work at the Ciutat Esportiva and friendlies against Nàstic and Girona, Ronald Koeman's squad took themselves off to Donaueschinge in the German state of Baden-Württemburg for a training camp from 28 July until 3 August.
The blaugrana party led by first vicepresident Rafael Yuste left Barcelona-El Prat airport at around 3pm CEST, headed for Zurich and then into Germany.
The squad will stay at the Der Öschberghof hotel and will train at the SV Aasen facilities just 2 kilometres away. The team will have a double session on Thursday and then another morning and afternoon workout on Friday. On Saturday morning they will train ahead of the friendly against Stuttgart later that day, kick off 6pm CEST.
The squad will continue training until 3 August when they will move on to neighbouring Austria for a friendly against Red Bull Salzburg on 4 August at 7pm CEST.

With the likes of Pedri, Eric Garcia and Mingueza involved in the Olympic Games and other players not yet returned from holiday, Ronald Koeman has called up the following 25 players for the trip to Germany: Dest, Piqué, R. Araujo, Sergio, Griezmann, Pjanic, Braithwaite, Riqui Puig, Neto, Lenglet, Jordi Alba, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, Umtiti, Memphis, Iñaki Peña, Arnau Tenas, Collado, Demir, Gavi, Nico, Comas, Balde, R. Manaj and Mortimer.
