Squad list revealed for game against Levante
Following results from Matchday 35 this past weekend, the LaLiga title race remains wide open coming into a midweek round of fixtures. On Tuesday, FC Barcelona travel to Valencia to take on Levante UD.
The 10pm CEST kickoff pits Barça against a team who drew against Alavés in their most recent contest, and who lie 14th in the table with 39 points -all but mathematically assured of survival for another season.
Ronald Koeman has announced the following 23-man squad list for the game, with the same players involved as in the match against Atletico Madrid: Ter Stegen, Dest, Piqué, R. Araujo, Sergio, Griezmann, Pjanic, Braithwaite, Messi, O. Dembélé, Riqui Puig, Neto, Lenglet, Pedri, Trincao, Jordi Alba, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, Umtiti, Junior, Ilaix Moriba, O. Mingueza and Arnau Tenas. Missing out through injury are Coutinho and Ansu Fati, whist Matheus is left out as a tactical decision.
Final session at the Ciutat Esportiva
On Monday, the squad carried out a final training session before their trip to Valencia, where they will head on Tuesday morning. All available players featured in the session, with Busquets training alongside the group.
