Constitution of Electoral Board and Table
This Tuesday 22 December the FC Barcelona Electoral Board and Table were officially constituted ahead of the elections on January 24, once the members delegated by the draw have assumed their positions. The vent in the Auditori 1899 was chaired by the secretary of the Managing Commission, Josep Maria Mir, and was attended by the Members Ombudsman, Joan Manuel Trayter, and notary public Gerardo Conesa.
Electoral Board
The president of the Electoral Board shall be member Xavier Guixeras, and the other members are Jordi Aranda, Antonio G. Bermúdez, Josep M Balart and Jesús Valdés. Its secretary is Josep Maria Mir, as secretary of the managing Commission.
These five FC Barcelona members accepted their positions following a draw in the Auditori. Its function from now on shall be to oversee and control the process through to election day, including dealing with any claims from members regarding the electoral roll, admitting or rejecting proposed candidates and announcing the winner.
The Electoral Board signed its approval of the Electoral Roll, which was presented to the Ombudsman, Joan Manuel Trayter. From tomorrow Wednesday 23 December until next Dunday 27, the roll will available to members on the club website, and on December 23 and 24 can also be viewed in person at the Barcelona Supporter Services Office (OAB). Members can check that their names are on the list and present claims if they are not, or ask for any errors to be corrected
Electoral Table
The Electoral Table was also announced at the event. The five members who will be ensuring voting is all in order on January 24 will be Ricardo Muñoz (president), Marc Venteo (secretary), Ramon Font, Elisa Llorens and Raul Bernal.
The Electoral Tables oversees and controls votes, to ensure that all members are able to vote and, in liaison with the Electoral Board, will announce the result.

Collection of support slips
On Wednesday 23 December from 10.00am CET, aspiring presidential candidates must visit the OAB to collect however many support slips they have requested, and from then on shall be considered pre-candidates for these elections.
