Full-body workout: Core + Shoulders + Calves
Are you ready for a new workout routine? Today’s session will combine dynamic core exercises, an upper body block focused in our shoulders and a lower body block focused in calves. We will close the workout with two long-interval metabolic exercises with short recovery periods.
- BLOCK #1 (30sec rest)
2x30sec Superman / 2x30sec Dynamic plank / 3x10 Rear delt fly / 3x12 Weighted front raise
- BLOCK #2 (30 sec rest)
3x10 Standing calf raise / 3x12 Seated calf raise / 3x10 Front lunges / 3x10 Side lunges with slider
- BLOCK #3 (20sec rest)
2x40sec Lateral quick feet / 2x40sec Burpees + jump
