Adam Hanga: 'I want to finish the season to see how we do'
Adam Hanga has been one of the most active players in the Barça basketball squad during lockdown. The number 8 is working hard every day to stay in shape and he is looking forward to getting back to playing as soon as possible. The Hungarian spoke exclusively to the Club's website about the current situation. Here are some of the highlights:
"We have to keep being responsible and follow advice. Now we are doing better and at home, fortunately, we are all fine."
"I have found out a lot of things with my daughters, the oldest now speaks three languages better then me. Before I could only take them to school but now I am spending a lot of time with them at home and I know them better."
"Besides completing the exercises that the Club sets down for us, I am doing extra work such as boxing, which is very enjoyable. I train around two hours a day."
"We, as team mates, are used to spending a lot of time together and now we are not. With training and team meetings we see each other. There is no contact but we are together."
"It looks like playing in the Euroleague will be difficult, there are a lot of countries involved. You cannot play without risks until there is a vaccine. I want to finish the season, we have worked hard and I want to see how far the team can go."
"I miss people. With this Barça team we look forward to seeing other other and to lose that is a shame."
"We don't know what will happen in a few months but there will be economic consequences. Let's hope that normal life comes back soon because that will help. I am sure there will be changes to rosters at clubs as they will look to the long term."
