Andrés Iniesta: The objective is to try to win it all
FC Barcelona captain Andrés Iniesta spoke to the media for the first time this campaign ahead of the team’s friendly against Liverpool at Wembley on Saturday in the International Champions Cup.
Iniesta discussed a number of topics, including the objectives for the campaign ahead, the new signings and the motivation of the team.
New signings
“The players that have arrived are of a very high level and are young, and being at Barça will help the grow even more.
“What we all want is for Barça to become stronger, and that is why we need new players with quality”.
Enthusiasm
“The desire and enthusiasm to keep contributing to the team is the same, if not more.
“In this team, there are always the best and you have to compete to play matches. You have to try to be well, play well and perform to the maximum, just as every year.
"The objective is to try win all the titles possible, and we have the squad to do so."
