New face at training

It's been a big day with the announcement of the brand new 2024/25 kit, but Hansi Flick and his players had to set aside all that excitement for a while and concentrate on what is just one single training session this Thursday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

Pablo Torre, following an operation on a metatarsal injury, was absent today, but there was somebody else present for the first time this summer.

That's Julián Araujo, who has been working out in isolation for the last few days, and also with Alejandro Balde, as he reaches the end of his recovery from an injury sustained while on loan to Las Palmas last season. The Mexican full-back joined some of the group exercises today, and should soon be at the full disposal of new coach Hansi Flick for the preseason.
